Who we are
This policy covers Prodigyflo LLC ("ProdigyFlo", "we", "us"), a Nevada limited-liability company at 732 S 6th St, Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101. It applies to our website at prodigyflo.ai, the ProdigyFlo platform, records.prodigyflo.ai, and our communications with you.
Our two roles
As a service provider. Businesses license ProdigyFlo to manage their own clients. When a customer puts their clients' information into the platform, that customer decides what is collected and why. We process that information only on the customer's instructions and to run the service. If you are a client of one of our customers, please contact that business first. We'll help them respond.
As a business. For our own website visitors, prospective customers, and the staff users of our customers' accounts, we decide how information is used, as described below.
What we collect
You give us
- Contact details: name, business name, email, phone number and mailing address
- Account details: user name, role and sign-in settings
- Messages you send us and the content of support requests
- Documents and data customers upload to the platform, which may include their clients' names, contact details, property addresses and the contents of agreements, statements and bills
Collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and dates and times
- Cookies that keep you signed in and remember device trust. We don't use advertising cookies on this website.
- Call and message records made through the platform, such as time, duration, numbers involved and, where the customer turns it on and the law allows, recordings
From other sources
- Public records, such as county assessor, recorder and permit data, for the Property Records module
- Lead forms our customers run on platforms such as Meta, sent to the platform at the customer's direction
- Bank transaction data for Prodigyflo LLC's own accounts, through Plaid (see below)
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and support the platform
- To authenticate users and keep accounts secure
- To send service messages, such as invitations, alerts and invoices
- To keep the company's books and meet tax and legal duties
- To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents
- To improve the platform, using aggregated or de-identified information
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use customer data to train third-party AI models.
Text messages
Our customers use ProdigyFlo to send text messages to people who asked to be contacted, for example by submitting a form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
Bank data and Plaid
Prodigyflo LLC uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect its own business bank accounts to its internal bookkeeping system. Plaid gathers balance and transaction data from the bank with read-only access. We use this data only for the company's accounting, reporting and tax records. It is visible only to the company's members, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
By connecting an account through Plaid, the account holder agrees to Plaid's handling of that data under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account in our system or through my.plaid.com.
Who we share with
- Service providers that host, secure and deliver the service, under contracts that limit their use of the data. These include Cloudflare, Vercel, Twilio, Plaid and GitHub.
- The customer that controls the data, including its authorized users
- Authorities, when required by law or legal process, or to protect rights and safety
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy's protections
Retention
We keep customer data for as long as the customer's agreement is active. After it ends, we return or delete it within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We keep accounting records, including bank transaction data, for seven years for tax purposes. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data, including encryption in transit and at rest, invitation-only access and role-based permissions. See our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify affected parties of a breach as the law requires.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export personal information we control. Email support@prodigyflo.ai with the subject "Privacy request." We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
- Nevada residents: we don't sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A. You may still send an opt-out request to the address above.
- California and other state residents have rights under their state laws, which we honor as described above.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in the message, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Children
ProdigyFlo is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post any change to this policy here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we'll email customers' account owners before it takes effect.
