02 · DOCUMENT LAB
Document intake with human verification
Clients upload agreements, statements and bills. The platform reads the key fields and shows the source line for each one. A person confirms every field before it is used.
03 · CALLS & MESSAGES
Calling and messaging inside the record
Staff call and text from the browser, and every conversation is logged on the client record. Messages only go to people who asked to be contacted.
04 · PROPERTY RECORDS
Public property records by address
Look up ownership, parcel and permit information from county and city public records. Available now at records.prodigyflo.ai.
How the business works
We sell software. That is the whole business.
How we earn revenue
Business customers pay Prodigyflo LLC a license fee to use the ProdigyFlo platform under a written agreement. We invoice customers directly, and they pay us by bank transfer.
Customers own their data. We process it only to run the platform for them.
What we don't do
- We don't hold, move or transmit money for anyone.
- We don't lend, extend credit or collect debts.
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
- We don't sell to consumers. Our customers are businesses.
- We don't store payment card numbers.
Security
Careful with other people's information.
Our customers trust us with their clients' names, phone numbers and documents. These are the controls in place today.
Encrypted everywhere
All traffic uses TLS. Credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM.
Access by invitation
No open sign-ups. Staff accounts are created by invitation, and roles limit what each person can see and change.
Changes are logged
Changes to client records are recorded with who made them and when, so a customer can always answer "who touched this?"
