General rules
You may not use ProdigyFlo to:
- Break any law, or help someone else break one
- Deceive, defraud or harass anyone, or impersonate another person or business
- Upload data you don't have the right to use
- Probe, scan or test the service's security, or interfere with other customers, without our written permission
- Send malware, or try to get around usage limits or access controls
Calling and messaging
- Call or text only people who have given the consent the law requires, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier rules for business texting.
- Identify your business in every message, and honor STOP and other opt-out requests right away.
- Follow quiet hours and do-not-call rules that apply where the recipient lives.
- No purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
- No content that carriers prohibit in business messaging, such as cannabis, firearms, gambling or adult content.
- Don't record a call without the notice or consent the law requires.
Prohibited businesses
ProdigyFlo may not be used to run or support:
- Payday lending or debt collection
- Money transmission, cryptocurrency exchange or other unlicensed financial services
- Gambling, adult content, or the sale of weapons, drugs or other regulated goods
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or "get rich quick" offers
- Any business that requires a license it doesn't hold
Property records
Property information comes from public records. Don't use it for any purpose the Fair Credit Reporting Act covers, such as decisions about credit, insurance, employment or housing. Don't use it to stalk or harass anyone, or for any purpose the issuing agency forbids.
Enforcement
If we find a violation, we may remove content, pause messaging, or suspend or end the account, depending on how serious it is. Where we can, we'll give notice and a chance to fix it first. Report abuse to support@prodigyflo.ai.
